The following terms and conditions describe the applicable terms for use of legal advice from NMD Law Group ApS. As a user, you automatically accept these terms and conditions by submitting your application, entering into an agreement or otherwise using our services. ​​​​​​

§2 The service ​​​​

 

a) Before we begin the work, you will receive an agreement letter describing the task and the settlement. We send all our agreement letters by email when you contact us via our website, by telephone or otherwise.     ​​​​​​

 

b) In addition, complete, precise and correct information is required from you regarding contact information, etc. NMD may choose to contact you subsequently to request additional information for use in the service you have purchased. ​

 

c) NMD will handle your assignment and prepare the work based on our experience and knowledge, but we cannot guarantee a specific result in each individual case. ​

 

d) Furthermore, you agree that NMD may disclose your information to the relevant authorities if the assignment requires this.

§3 Your rights

 

a) The terms and conditions are accepted by the client upon receipt of the contract letter and upon receipt of the order confirmation.

 

b) As soon as you have entered into an agreement and received the order confirmation, we will review the case. In addition, we will handle communication with the authorities until your case is concluded. An immigration case is considered concluded when the relevant authority has made a decision. An inheritance case is considered concluded when the client has received the final will. A tenancy case is considered concluded when the relevant authority has made a decision or when the dispute between the tenant and the landlord has reached a result by mutual agreement or by judgment.

 

c) After NMD has received your information and started processing the case, you cannot cancel your purchase from NMD. The case processing has started when you receive a contract letter or an order confirmation.

 

d) You may be required to sign a power of attorney, where you give NMD the opportunity to represent you and look after your interests. You can withdraw your power of attorney at any time.

 

e) You can contact NMD at info@nmdlawgroup.com, and by providing your name and email, request to be given your registered data, as well as request that we delete it from our internal systems.

§4 NMD's responsibilities and obligations

 

a) NMD treats all information confidentially. Information about you is not disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

 

b) NMD is not responsible and is not liable for losses resulting from IT breakdowns, damaged or missing data, legal intervention, vandalism, force majeure, power or telephone failures or hacking/phishing attacks, regardless of whether NMD is part of the reasons for this.

 

§5 NMD's prices and payment

 

a) NMD's prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and excl. VAT and other applicable taxes and fees from the authorities, unless otherwise stated. The prices are valid at the time the client receives an order confirmation. The client is liable at all times for any fee increases, e.g. at the turn of the year.

 

b) We strive to ensure that all payment information is protected and encrypted in accordance with applicable legal requirements. We assume no liability for loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to payment information.

 

c) The price list can be read on the website under the field ‘‘prices’’.

 

d) An order confirmation will be sent to the client upon conclusion of an agreement.

 

§6 Complaints

 

a) NMD will not represent you in any complaint case if you receive a negative outcome or a result that does not meet your expectations. §6 does not apply in tenancy law cases.

§7 Changes

 

a) NMD reserves the right to unilaterally make changes to the above terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will come into effect immediately after publication on our website.

 

b) It is the client's responsibility to regularly review and be familiar with the applicable terms and conditions. By continuing to use our service, the client automatically accepts the changes to the terms and conditions.

 

c) In the event of any discrepancy between the Danish version of these terms and conditions and any translations, the Danish version will prevail.​​
